GulpGoals collects the following data you voluntarily enter: daily water intake, protein, caffeine, sodium, heart rate readings, and medication reminders. We also collect your email address for account authentication purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your health data is used solely to provide the GulpGoals tracking experience — displaying your progress, calculating streaks, and surfacing personalized health insights.

🔒 We never sell your data — not now, not ever. No data or information about you is sold to any other party, in any form (raw, aggregated, or anonymized).

We do not share, transfer, rent, or disclose your personal data (including health logs, account details, or usage information) to any third party without your explicit, opt-in consent. You can grant or withdraw that consent anytime in Settings → Privacy.

3. Data Storage & Your Data Rights

Your data is stored securely in the cloud and is only accessible to your account. You own your data and have full rights over it — no hoops, no support tickets required.

  • Export everything: Download a complete copy of all your data — daily logs, symptoms, medications, milestones, challenges, badges, scanned drinks, purchases, and more — as a JSON file with one tap from Settings → Privacy.
  • Delete your account: Permanently erase your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account.
  • Control consent: Toggle AI-assistant and marketing-email consent on or off anytime in Privacy settings.

Data is retained only as long as your account is active. We never sell, share, or monetize your personal health data with any third party without your explicit consent.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

GulpGoals offers a paid subscription at $9.99/month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

5. Health Disclaimer

GulpGoals is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The app is intended for general wellness tracking only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions, especially regarding POTS or any other medical condition.

6. Children's Privacy

GulpGoals is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us to request deletion.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
